Do I need to know how to log my food or count macros before I start?

Absolutely not. That is what this course is for. We teach it ALLLL to you, step by step. You are not alone in this anymore, my friend! This will be taught in our weekly zoom meetings and how to break it down in the course, where you will be a Pro at logging in no time.

Do I need to count macros to a “T” for protein, carbs and fats?

Heck to the no! We have a different approach where the goal is to hit our protein goal within 10g of the goal and be within 100 calories (plus or minus) of our calorie goal consistently. If you go over on carbohydrates, we want you to hit protein and you will be lower on fats to stay within calories. If you go over on fats, we want you to hit protein and you will be lower on carbohydrates to stay within calories. This approach makes “counting” and logging even more of a lifestyle. It allows for you to be super flexible with what your body is wanting more of (carbs or fats). As long as protein is hit, we don’t care what you’re eating for the remainder of your calories.

Can I participate in the challenge if I am Vegan, Vegetarian or have food allergies?

Absolutely! Please let us know in your questionnaire if you are vegan, vegetarian or have food allergies so that we can create a spreadsheet based on your preferences/needs.

Can I substitute items in the starting grocery lists if I am allergic to certain foods or don’t like certain foods listed?

Yes! The grocery list is a guide that you can use, but nothing on the list is a “have to”. Please let us know of any food allergies or preferences so that we can give you recommendations for what to substitute.

What if I am traveling/have life happen during the challenge, can I still do this? Will I get too far behind?

You'll never be behind if you continue to try. Forward is forward, it just might not be as fast as you'd like during situations like this. A huge part of this course is teaching you how to navigate through situations like you being out of town, getting sick, kids sick, work dead-lines, life happening, etc... and you can absolutely still work towards your goals to the best that you can during these times. Can I do the workouts if I don’t have a gym membership?

Yes! You can complete our workouts from home, even if your living room.  All you need to start is either your body weight or a pair of dumbbells.

Do I have to log my food? Is there another option if I don’t want to log?

YES! We are always going to give you options on what works for YOU and what will keep you consistent. We will show you another technique on how much to eat without needing to log.

It works if you work it.
